Payment Terms

Deposit Required
All projects require a 30% deposit before any work begins. This deposit secures your booking and allows us to order materials and schedule your project.

Interim Payments
For larger projects, we may request interim payments as work progresses. These will be agreed with you in advance and based on completed stages of work.

Final Payment
Final payment is due within 7 days of project completion. 

Booking and Cancellation

Cooling Off Period
You have 14 days from paying your deposit to cancel and receive a full refund. After this period, deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel after the 14-day period, your deposit will be retained to cover costs already incurred (materials ordered, time allocated, etc.).

Important Notes

Written Agreements Only
Any changes to your project or additional work must be agreed in writing. Verbal discussions and promises don’t form part of our agreement – we put everything in writing to avoid confusion.

Project Timeline
We’ll provide estimated start and completion dates, but these can be affected by weather, material deliveries, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Access and Preparation
You’ll need to provide clear access to work areas and ensure utilities (water/electricity) are available when needed. We’ll discuss any specific requirements during our initial consultation.
